• For safety reasons, clients who have consumed alcohol will not be permitted to operate the jet ski. We strictly enforce a No Alcohol Consumption Policy. Therefore, we recommend hiring the jet skis at the beginning of your charter to ensure maximum enjoyment.

• According to regulations, only certified training institutions with qualified instructors can supervise individuals operating a jet ski without a license. Only one person without a license is allowed on the jet ski at a time. Additional individuals will take turns on a powerboat within the hour. If someone holds a valid SAMSA Category E or above skipper's ticket, they may operate the jet ski alone with a passenger. Otherwise, only one person at a time is allowed.

• Children between the ages of 8 and 16 years can ride on the jet ski accompanied by our qualified skipper. Please note that children under 8 years old are not permitted on the watercraft.

• Prior to the activity, completion of necessary paperwork and acknowledgment of our Terms & Conditions are required.

• The group size is a minimum of 1 guest and a maximum of 6 guests, with each person allotted a 10-minute ride within a one-hour timeframe.
