• If you would like to reserve the charter date and time, payment confirmation will be required. Unfortunately I cannot hold any bookings without payment confirmation.

• Payment can be made by either an EFT bank payment or secure payment link using your credit card

• I would highly recommend you reserve your charter at your earliest convenience in order to avoid disappointment on not getting your desired timeslot, especially in the high season time.

• Once a deposit or full payment is made you will receive a confirmation email containing all relevant details of your booking.

Only FULL payment secures the charter. No provisional bookings for required times and/or dates can be made without full payment. Actual amounts will be billed upfront and any fuel used over and above the mentioned nautical miles will be debited directly to the clients account at the current fuel cost of the day. Luxury Yacht Charters reserves the right to release bookings should payment not be received by the requested date. The charter fee includes the yacht, captain and crew and is in South African Rands. All other expenses such as catering, serving staff, entertainment are additional and must be paid in full before the charter (varies depending on the charter).

In the event that a charter is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions every effort will be made to re-schedule the charter for a date(s) convenient to both the client and vessel, alternatively deposits or advance payment made by the client will be refunded, however a 10% service charge becomes payable if such termination is agreed.

To avoid disappointment, it is highly recommend you reserve your desired time slot at your earliest convenience, especially during the summer months (September – March) as well as over public holidays (i.e. Christmas and New Years) as these are months are the busiest time of the year and time slots are booked up quickly. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: If you would like to reserve the charter date and time, payment confirmation will be required. Unfortunately booking cannot be reserved without payment confirmation.

Yes you are more than welcome to book your desired charter time and date directly on the website. You will then received confirmation details via email.

We recommend a windbreaker jacket, non-deck marking shoes (eg trainers/deck shoes, no black soles), sunglasses and sun lotion. Or depending on the vessel attire based on the event from casual to formal.

Unfortunately not, for all charters you will need to meet at the designated locations.

The general route is departing from the V&A Waterfront, Table Bay and surrounding areas and back to the Waterfront – this is the most scenic route with stunning view of Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range. However the routing is weather dependent and at the discretion of the skipper, you and your guests’ safety will always be the primary priority.

Catering & drinks can be arranged prior to the charter scheduled date. Alcohol and soft drink policies do vary with each vessel. Otherwise you are more than welcome to bring your own drinks & snacks (dependant on the vessel type).

We can arrange various menu options for the snacks & cocktail dishes, should you wish to order any dishes it will need to confirmed in advance, at least 2 weeks prior the scheduled charter, for larger groups as much notice as possible is appreciated. Alcohol / soft drinks – a list needs to be provided, to be confirmed in advance. Bringing your own drinks and snacks is permitted (dependant on the vessel type). Note: Alcohol and soft drink policies do vary with each vessel.
