All charters are conducted under the authority of the vessel captain.

Weather and Sea Conditions
All yacht charters operate in a natural marine environment and are subject to weather and sea conditions.
Ocean conditions may change rapidly and may affect the experience of a charter.
The captain may adjust routes, shorten trips or return to harbour if conditions affect passenger comfort or safety.
Such operational decisions do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.

Clients booking charters for corporate events, celebrations or special occasions acknowledge that yacht charters take place in a marine environment where weather and sea conditions may affect planned activities such as dining, dancing, filming or entertainment.
