Discover Scuba Diving

The day commences at 9:15am, gathering at the dive shop in Cape Town. Following registration, a PADI Instructor provides a thorough briefing and instructs you on the operation of scuba gear. Once you're prepared, the excitement begins as you take your initial underwater breath in the pool.

During the pool session, we guide you through essential skills and provide an opportunity to revel in the exhilaration of diving while having some underwater fun!

On calm days, we might even simulate a pool-like environment in the ocean. Then, it's time for the real adventure: diving in the stunning Cape Town ocean.

From a gentle beach entry, we explore underwater and learn scuba diving. Depending on the day's dive location (based on ocean conditions), you could explore a shipwreck at around 5 meters depth or a breathtaking kelp forest. These sites teem with sea life, promising an incredible dive experience. Cape Town's marine biodiversity guarantees an unforgettable adventure.

The skills you acquire in this course also count toward your PADI Open Water Diver Certification.

To enroll in this course:

• You must be a minimum of 10 years old.
• Good health is necessary. You will be required to complete a medical questionnaire.
