Maximillien does not operate an onboard cash or card bar. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages and refreshments to enjoy during the cruise.

Should you require catering or pre-arranged refreshments, these can be organised prior to your charter. Please contact us for available options.

Onboard sound system with USB, Bluetooth or AUX connection (supply on AUX cable) is available, should you wish to bring your own music.

Maximillien is a beautifully maintained 48-foot Simon's Voyage sailing yacht,

Offers a Full Sailing Rig, gas braai facilities, two heads (toilets), a galley (kitchen), trampoline area with a roof covering, an onboard sound system, padded seating, teak decking, blankets, two swim ladders, hand-held showers, water toys, free Wi-Fi, and two double cabins.

Please note that the use of cabins is only permitted for overnight stays and not for daytime charters.

Your journey departs from Hout Bay Harbour, one of Cape Town's most picturesque working harbours.

The exact route is determined by the skipper based on sea and weather conditions, but may include:

Your skipper will determine the safest and most enjoyable route based on the sea conditions on the day. Guest safety is always the highest priority, and departures may be adjusted or rescheduled if necessary.

• All charters are weather dependent and at the discretion of management.
• Rates are in South African Rands.
• All charters are subject to our general terms and conditions and signed indemnity forms.
• You will be required to acknowledge T&C's specific for Maximillien Catamaran.

• Contact us to inquire about a specific vessel. We will send you full details about the vessel and your charter.
• Once the date and time is agreed, fill, sign, and acknowledge our Booking Terms.
• Once the Booking Terms has been received, we will send you a quote, invoice, and payment link.
• To reserve the charter, make a full payment or a 50% deposit payment.
• The balance is required within 7 working days of the charter date.
• Should you wish to book, and it is less than 7 working days before the charter date, full payment is required.
• For local payments, use EFT or a secure payment link via Peach Payments. For international payments, we'll provide a secure payment link.
• Reserve your charter early to avoid disappointment, especially during peak season.
• Avoid booking on the final day of your holiday due to unpredictable weather conditions in Cape Town. Keep a few days available to account for potential rescheduling.
• Once we receive your payment, a charter confirmation email will be sent with all relevant details.
