Le Cat offers exclusive private charters for individuals, corporate functions, and special occasions. Our luxurious 40-foot catamaran provides an intimate and comfortable sailing or motorized cruising experience for family and friends. Accompanied by a qualified skipper and deckhand, you'll enjoy a luxurious interior, ample seating, toilets, and bar facilities. Catering options are available, and you can even request a DJ or bring your own USB for music. With various charter cruise options along our stunning coastline, Le Cat is conveniently located at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Granger Bay Pier, Cape Town.

Our maximum capacity is 12 passengers, with a recommended comfort limit of 10 passengers.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by professional crew. Additionally, Le Cat Catamaran offers the following amenities:

Bar:

Le Cat provides on-board bar facilities, offering a variety of beverages for purchase. You can request a beverage list to choose from. We also offer the option to pre-arrange a bar tab or welcome drinks for your guests. Credit card facilities are available on board for convenient payment. Please note that bringing your own alcohol or soft drinks is prohibited. However, if your preferred drink is not on the list, arrangements can be made with a 48-hour notice.

Catering:

There are various menu options ranging from snack platters, cocktail dishes, lavish dishes, vegetarian options and sushi platters, which can be arranged at an additional cost, with a 2-week notice period.

You are more than welcome to arrange your own catering.

Service fee:

A 10% service charge is charged on the food and drinks.

DJ / Entertainer:

Onboard sound system with USB / Bluetooth connection is available, should you wish to bring your own music.

We have numerous DJs on our supplier list and are happy to facilitate that for you. Cape Town based Singer/Entertainer details available on request.

You are welcome to supply your own DJ, however they will need to bring their own equipment and speakers.

Route:

Embark on unforgettable ocean cruises with Le Cat, setting sail from the Radisson Hotel, Granger Bay Yacht basin. Our routes encompass breath-taking destinations including Granger Bay, Robben Island, Camps Bay, Clifton, and Cape Point. Please note that the specific routing is subject to weather conditions and at the discretion of the skipper, ensuring your safety and the best possible experience.

What to Wear:

For a comfortable cruise experience, we suggest bringing the following items: a hat, sunglasses, and a jacket, jersey, or windbreaker to accommodate changing weather conditions. When it comes to footwear, please wear shoes with a white sole for non-slip and deck protection purposes. Black-soled shoes and high heels are not permitted. Don't worry about storage, as we provide a Shoe Box for your convenience. If you plan to take a swim, remember to bring your swimsuit and a towel.

Weather:

The cruising time and course are subject to weather conditions and the skipper's discretion. Our top priority is the safety of you and your guests.

Activities:

Looking to add some water-sports fun to your booking? Consider including stand-up paddleboards and jet skis to your itinerary.
