There are strict rules and regulations around loud music, as you are in a national park area as well as been considerate towards guests in the other boathouses.

Lower Deck: (accommodates 16 guests)

Lounge area - spacious with gas fireplace, leading to large, wind-free fore-deck. Ideal for dining with a view, equipped with tables and chairs.

Kitchen - state-of-the-art and fully equipped with a large gas stove, oven, and fridge. All kitchen utensils, crockery, and cutlery provided. Just bring your food and drink.

5 bedrooms - 2 spacious with double beds, 3 with 2 singles (convertible to doubles). 1 bedroom features 2 comfortable bunk beds (4 sleepers).

3 full bathrooms - flush toilets, large pentagonal showers, and basins.

Fore-deck - expansive, wind-free area connected to the lounge, perfect for unique dining experiences with breathtaking views and shaded seating.

Floating platform - 45 square meters, accessible from the fore-deck, offering barbecue facilities, sunbathing, and swimming.

Upper Deck (accommodates 10 guests):

Access via staircases from the aft- or fore-deck.

Spacious lounge with wrap-around views, ample space for relaxation, and a bar-counter area.

2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (convertible to doubles) each.

1 smaller bedroom with a comfortable double bed (not convertible).

2 double sleeper couches in the lounge area.

Deck - large area for lounging and sunbathing.

Full bathroom - flush toilet, large pentagonal shower, and basin.

The Nirvana Houseboat is a stationary vessel and does not cruise around.

The dedicated staff is available 24/7 and located nearby onshore. They will shuttle you to and from the houseboat using a leisure boat whenever needed.

Immerse yourself in the Kraalbaai experience with a range of exciting activities. Enjoy thrilling watersports such as kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), tube riding, wakeboarding, water skiing, kitesurfing, fishing, and boat trips including day and sunset cruises. Explore scenic hiking trails and indulge in mountain biking adventures. For a more serene experience, bird watching is a must, and you can even arrange for onboard massages on the boat deck.

Remember to pack clothes, food, and toiletries, as well as a camera, hat, and sunblock.

We also suggest bringing a cooler box, angling equipment, walking shoes, binoculars, bird and mammal reference books, and any equipment or gear for water-based activities.
