There is no onboard bar facility.  Please remember to bring your own alcohol, soft drinks and waters.

Drinks can be arranged from Piata Restaurant on Thesen Island before departing

Catering can be arrange from Piata Restaurant on Thesen Island before departing.

You are more than welcome to arrange your own catering.

Comfortable lounge styled seating, bemini for shade, multimedia sound system with bluetooth connection. 1 x 60HP Mercury engine powers the vessel.

Please note that tours are weather-dependent. In the event of unfavorable conditions, suitable alternatives such as rescheduling or refunds will be provided.

The cruising time and course are subject to weather conditions and the captain's discretion. Our top priority is the safety of you and your guests.

For warm weather, remember to pack essentials like a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses to stay protected. If you're expecting cool weather, make sure to bring a jumper and a raincoat to stay comfortable and dry.

Dry storage available on the vessel for cameras, phones etc. if required.

Kindly remove your shoes when boarding the vessel (no exceptions).

• All charters are weather dependent and at the discretion of boat management.
• Rates are in South African rands.
• All charters are subject to our general terms and conditions and signed indemnity forms
• You will be required to acknowledge T&C's specific for Serendipty.

• Contact us to inquire about a specific vessel. We will send you full details about the vessel and your charter.
• Once the date and time is agreed, fill, sign, and acknowledge our Booking Terms.
• Once the Booking Terms has been received, we will send you a quote, invoice, and payment link.
• To reserve the charter, make a full payment or a 50% deposit payment.
• The balance is required within 6 weeks of the charter date.
• Should you wish to book, and it is less than 6 weeks before the charter date, full payment is required.
• For local payments, use EFT or a secure payment link via Peach Payments. For international payments, we'll provide a secure payment link.
• Reserve your charter early to avoid disappointment, especially during peak season.
• Avoid booking on the final day of your holiday due to unpredictable weather conditions in Knysna.
• Keep a few days available to account for potential rescheduling.
• Once we receive your payment, a charter confirmation email will be sent with all relevant details.
